Weekly Meal Prep Services

How it works.

STEP 1:

We have a conversation and figure out what your needs are for weekly meal preparation.

STEP 2:

We talk logistics regarding which subscription style you’d prefer and designate a delivery or local, LONG BEACH, pick day and window of time.

STEP 3:

Then I recommend which earth friendly bowls and vessels are needed for your meals each week. These usually can be found on Amazon and I will provide a direct link if that’s helpful

STEP 4:

Have 1 set shipped to our box and 1 set of 10 for you. This way I always have a set of bowls to fill with your delicious meals and you have a set. On the delivery day you set your bag of clean empty vessels outside your door and the driver will switch your empty bag for a bag full of new delicious meals. [No contact drop off].

STEP 5:

Let’s get started. A dedicated link will be sent to you via email to start your subscription and set-up your account. You get started by creating an account on our website to manage your subscription. Once you sign up you should be able to see all your orders, save and edit payment information and any other account details. Subscriptions must be paid no later than the Wednesday PRIOR to the week you’d like meals delivered. When signing up for the subscription service, it can automatically charge the card you desire, so you never forget to process payments each week.

IMPORTANT NOTE:

* the Subscriptions are set up for Wednesdays and it automatically charges your account weekly.

* to pause the subscription if services are not needed the following week (traveling/vacation, etc.) log in to your account and UNSELECT “auto renew”.

Plating Styles

FAMILY STYLE PLATING:

family style weekly meal prep is where we prepare larger portion dishes in larger vessels to enjoy throughout the week. These are usually casseroles and shareable meals that can be enjoyed more than once a week. We prepare 2 to 4 meals for you and your family to enjoy.

INDIVIDUAL PLATING:

Individual meal prep is where we prepare meals for an individual for the typical work week. 10 meals. You decide 5 lunches + 5 dinners or 5 grab and go breakfast items and 5 lunches, etc. These are tailored to your needs for the week

You can sign up for weekly meal prep under the “Chef’s choice Subscription” or “Custom Subscription”.

Chef’s Choice Subscription is where we send you whatever meals we are already planning for the week. This is the perfect plan for those with NO dietary restrictions and who are just looking to eat well prepared meals instead of eating fast food regularly.

The custom Subscription is for anyone who doesn’t eat a certain type of food, has dietary restrictions, preferences etc.
