If for any reason you are dissatisfied with the food quality or service provided by Chef Nekia, please notify us immediately via email at Chef@chefnekia.com. Food quality issues will be resolved with meal replacement free of charge or a credit toward future order up to the dollar amount of the meal in dispute. Refunds, full or partial, may be provided in certain circumstances. If a refund is in order, they will be made using the same method of payment on which the order was placed.
Meal prep meals will be delivered on the day, time and location of your choosing at checkout. If you request a delivery change outside of the original 24-hour window, your order we will be unable to be delivered and we will not hold your order past 24-hours due to food safety concerns. You will not be entitled to a refund or meal replacement.
Due to the nature of our business and food safety standards, we do not accept returns for goods sold.
Cancellation of Order
You may cancel your order for a full refund by providing at least 24-hours notice. To cancel, email Chef@chefnekia.com. No refunds with less than 24-hour notice.
